Missouri River Leve Update

July 11, 2011 at 8:49 a.m.

The Missouri River Level per the St. Charles gauge is 27.3 feet and project to remain fairly steady throughout the week. The projection is based upon not receiving any substantial rainfall. The 27.3 level is 2.3 feet over minor flood stage and is not causing any concerns in Riverport.

Missouri River Level Update

The current prediction is that the Missouri River will crest at 29.3 feet on July 2, 2011, this is based upon the current conditions.  This crest is slightly below the moderate flood stage of 30.00 feet per the St. Charles Guage. The Riverport Levee District will continue to monitor the River Levels daily.

Missouri River Level

The Missouri River has fallen slightly below minimum flood stage per the St. Charles Gauge. Please refer to the St. Charles Gauge link, under the Link Tab, for up to date Missouri River Information.

Missouri River Levels

The Missouri River Level is currently 26 feet in St. Charles. This is slightly over the minimum flood stage and currently dropping. At this time there is no impact on the Riverport Levee system.The Riverport Levee District will continue to monitor the levels daily and post updates. Missouri River Crest

September 4, 2008 at 3:44 p.m.

The Missouri River is beginning to rise due to the recent rainfall and will continue to do so over the next couple of days. The current forecast is that the river will crest on September 7th, 2008 at 19.8 ft. At this time, there is no threat of reaching the 25 ft. flood stage.
